The creation is Haydn's last great masterpiece. The enormous oratorio about the beginning of the world is the culmination of the Viennese classical style of the 18th century and the ideas of the Enlightenment. Phillip Faber redeems the image-creating musical instruments from the conductor's podium - with the addition of two large boys' choirs .
