Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn collaborated on some of history’s most beloved jazz standards of all time including Take The A Train, Satin Doll and the legendary adaptation of Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite. Join us for an orchestral presentation of Ellington hits to celebrate the legend's 125th birthday, and witness the elegant and sophisticated music of Billy Strayhorn. Actor and conductor Damon Gupton leads the program.
