Pianist

Six award-winning young musicians perform three works that showcase diverse musical styles, from humorous formality of Ernest von Dohnányi from early 20th century central Europe, to exotic sounds of Hindustani ragas composed by Los Angeles-based composer Reena Esmail and written as a wedding gift to her best friends in 2017, and ending with exuberant virtuosity of Robert Schumann from 19th century Germany.

Signed exclusively to Decca Classics in 2020 at the age of 24, American violinist Randall Goosby is acclaimed for the sensitivity and intensity of his musicianship. A protégé of legendary violinist Itzhak Perlman, Goosby has performed with orchestras across the U.S., including the New York Philharmonic, Los Angeles Philharmonic, and Cleveland Orchestra.
