“Overcoming Obstacles” — A relaxed performance curated for kids ages 3-6 and their families. Music can be fun, but sometimes it’s really hard to play or come up with a musical idea! In this program, we explore the music of Niccolò (KNEE-CO-LOW) Paganini (PA-GA-KNEE-KNEE) who overcame obstacles to make some amazing music!

Among Music@Menlo’s proudest achievements is the new generation of stellar chamber musicians which has emerged from its Chamber Music Institute. This program, conceived and curated by a quintet of extraordinary young artists, who are all Institute alumni, is the first of its kind, and not to be missed. The works chosen all relate to formative Music@Menlo experiences, a fitting and inspiring testament to the far-reaching influence of the Institute and its vital impact on the future of chamber music. The performance will be followed by a live Q&A with the artists on Zoom.
