The Tree's Revenge

Inspired by two poems in Walloon by the Liège writer Henri Simon (1856-1939) that tell the tragedy of an oak tree sacrificed on the altar of human greed, Patrick Leterme's new work takes the form of a choral and symphonic performance for orchestra, choir, and percussion.
