Klezmer in Concert

From ecstatic dance to yearning melancholy to exuberant joie de vivre: Klezmer music, an instrumental festival music, originates in the "shtetls" of the Jewish communities of Eastern Europe and captivates with its immense emotional range. Originally played to accompany Jewish festivals, klezmer will be performed in this evening concert by solo clarinetist Filip Brezovšek and the Salzburg Philharmonic Orchestra in a concert setting.
