Shepherds play a vital role in the Christmas story: It is precisely the "common people" who are the first to hear of Jesus' birth. The shepherds represent us all; everyone can and should identify with them. The Good Shepherd concerts are a tradition at the MuTh: In the Vienna Boys' Choir's Christmas concert, the various campus choirs present themselves with evocative motets and songs, both a cappella and with orchestra.
