A group of strangers are snowed in at the remote Monkswell Manor boarding house. They hear on the radio about a murder committed nearby, and when they are visited by a skiing police commissioner, it becomes clear that the murderer is most likely among them. When another murder occurs, the tension rises and fear sets in. For who is the murderer? Everyone is under suspicion - and everyone is potentially the next victim!
