Name: Copenhagen Phil - Phil Closer
Start: 2026-10-30T16:00:00
Location: Konservatoriets Koncertsal

The Royal Danish Academy of Music

From the transparent and melodious to the repetitive and mechanical, the concert spans more than two centuries of music. In Steve Reich’s work, a string quartet, spoken-word recordings and the sounds of trains merge into a piece characterised by memory, movement and unease.

KONTRAST - Different Trains

Become a cell in Matias Vestergård's brain when the young and Reumert-awarded composer creates a work with you – yes, you in the audience – in real time. Because as Matias says, it's all about finding beautiful colors and using your intuition. A unique Phil Closer concert with music that truly only exists in the moment.
