Energimølla

The exceptionally vibrant jazz scene in Kongsberg keeps producing new band configurations. In this trio, three musicians from different generations come together, but they are no strangers to one another. Both Albert and Lilli played in Tom Hasslan's Christmas jam band last Christmas, and the collaboration worked so well that it is both natural and desirable for it to continue. Those who know these musicians know that this Jazzkafé will likely be dominated by temperament and energy, because here one of the country's liveliest and most creative guitarists meets two exceptionally promising young musicians.

Bassist Arild Andersen made his mark in the Norwegian jazz scene as early as the late 1960s, and within a few years he was established as a central figure in the international jazz world. He is still in the front ranks today. He still overflows with the joy of playing, he constantly seeks new challenges, and he plays his bass absolutely wonderfully.

Jazz Evidence continues its enormously popular tradition with a proper, lively Christmas jam on the second day of Christmas. For many people in Kongsberg, this is the definitive highlight of the holidays.
