A sonic performance that reinterprets the myth of the sea-woman (sirens and mermaids) from their own perspective, against the backdrop of a collapsing Baltic Sea marine climate. Body and choreography blend the wet and graceful with the awkward and brutal, while live-generated sound and Baltic Sea field recordings create harmonies.

One Thursday evening every month, Sydhavn Teater invites everyone who wishes to come inside for evenings of music, words, dance, movement and time for one another. Free admission with limited seats. The evening features showings by performance artist Astrid Steen Andersen and a work-in-progress of the dance 'Vildvittran' by Anna Katrine Langer Schou and Lea Amneby Snickars.

Sydhavn Teater presents works by Helle Fuglsang and Filip Vest responding to the new world order: a six-screen performative video installation by Helle Fuglsang, accompanied by Filip Vest's performance Bonnie & Friends, developed during a residency in New York.

Once a month on a Thursday evening, Sydhavn Teater invites everyone to join nights of music, words, dance, movement, and time together. Open stage (FRI SCENE): anyone can take the stage to share something new, unfinished, or long-developed with a small audience. Free admission with limited seating.

PLANTAL DREAMLAND examines the modern paradox between knowledge and action on the issue of climate and biodiversity, with a particular focus on China's role as the world's largest CO2 emitter and global driver of green technology. The performance includes choreography-based tableaux, installation, VR elements and text-based scenes. An artistic collaboration between Nydanskeren Jimbuts Kulturforening and choreographer Alica Minar.
