He has been called the Baghdad-Beatle and was one of the first musicians in the Middle East to introduce rock instruments to Arabic music. Musically, Ilham al-Madfai has always been a trailblazer and we are very proud to present him as one of our biggest acts during the Malmö Folk Festival. You meet him in our concert hall together with the world-famous dance company Enkidu.
