Our yearly birthday salute to Thelonious Monk can’t get any closer to the source than this, as we welcome Monk’s son, drummer T.S. Monk, celebrating the legacy of his father with this large ensemble tribute inspired by Monk Sr.’s legendary 1959 Town Hall concert.
