What does it mean for a child when their mother or father suffers from a mental illness? In sensitively told stories, David Stöhr and the ensemble convey to children and children of mentally ill parents that they are not alone in their situation – and that everything they feel and think is okay. They also show, however, where the limits of children's agency lie, and how beneficial it can be for both children and parents to seek help.
