About

In his NY Phil debut, conductor Jonathon Heyward leads the Orchestra in Lutosławski’s Concerto for Orchestra, a virtuosic showcase for the whole ensemble. Christian Tetzlaff joins for Brahms’s beloved Violin Concerto, a work of almost symphonic proportions. Canadian composer Zosha Di Castri describes her piece Lineage as reimagining “places and traditions I’ve only known second-hand.”
